年内，集团在撇除投资物业及发展中投资物业的公平价值变动的影响后，股东应占基础盈利为港币2.655亿元，去年为港币1.143亿元。每股基础盈利为港币0.53元，去年为港币0.24元。基础盈利增加主要由于专营公共巴士业务的表现改善。然而，若干上市债务证券 的预期信贷亏损抵销了上述部分盈利。
