宏利金融-S(00945.HK) 宣布，委任Steve Finch为宏利亚洲总裁兼首席执行官，该任命于5月9日起生效。Steve 将接替已被任命为宏利总裁兼首席执行官的韦宁顿(Phil Witherington)，后者于5月9日起履新。
Steve Finch目前担任宏利的首席精算师，自2016年起成为宏利行政领导团队的成员。
宏利总裁兼首席执行官高瑞宏(Roy Gori)表示，Steve Finch在协助公司革新、提升财务表现方面作出了重大贡献。他对集团业务发展及不同职能领域的深刻理解，对亚洲各地产品及分销渠道的丰富知识，加上他对带领亚洲团队的热枕，这都有助于集团在这一关键市场加快增长步伐。
集团指，将在适当时候公布全球首席精算师的继任人选，并确保顺利过渡。
