观点网讯：3月17日早间，融心一品有限公司（“要约人”）与融信服务集团股份有限公司联合公告。

如早前批准公告所载，计划已于2025年3月12日（星期三） （开曼群岛时间）举行的法院聆讯中获大法院批准，未作修改。削减亦获大法院于同日在同一聆讯中确认。

大法院批准计划及确认削减的命令副本于2025年3月14日（星期五） （开曼群岛时间）送呈开曼群岛公司注册处处长以作登记。

计划文件第六部分说明备忘录中“建议的条款－建议及计划的条件”一节所载的全部条件已获达成，而计划于2025年3月14日（星期五）（开曼群岛时间）生效。

股份在联交所主板的上市地位将于2025年3月18日（星期二）下午四时正（香港时间）起撤销。

有关注销价的支票将尽快且无论如何于生效日期后七（7）个营业日（即2025年3月25日（星期二） （香港时间））内向计划股东发出。
