Due to confidentiality obligations under the purchase agreement, the transferee's name and sale price will not be disclosed. However, the price exceeds 10% of the company's consolidated net sales for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024.
The company confirmed no specified capital, personnel, business, or related-party relationships with the transferee. The contract and settlement are scheduled for April 3.
