金吾财讯 | 长和(00001)公布，截至2024年12月31日止年度，IFRS16后，普通股股东应占溢利170.88亿元(港币，下同)，同比减少27.29%；每股盈利4.46元。拟派末期股息每股1.514元。期内收益总额4766.82亿元，同比增长3%。港口及相关服务部门录得收益452.82亿元，统计增长11%，主要由吞吐量上升6%以及所有分部有所增长带动，其中仓储收入增加13%及一航运业务联营公司表现理想。因此，EBITDA161.72亿元及EBIT118.73亿元，同比分别增长19%及27%，乃由于上述收益增加及成本控制措施得宜。以呈报货币计算，零售之收益总额为1901.93亿元，同比增长4%，而EBITDA及EBIT分别为163.95亿元及130.18亿元，增幅均为1%。
