【连续2日成交量破千，上海二手房单月成交3万套可期】金十数据3月17日讯，刚刚过去的周末，上海二手房市场成交连日突破千套大关——上海房地产交易中心官网数据显示，3月15日二手房合计网签1473套，3月16日二手房合计网签1262套。至此，3月前16天，上海二手房已累计成交15171套，日均成交约948套。照此估算，距离月度累计成交量突破3万套就差“临门一脚”。“二手房价格跌幅进一步收窄，呈现了止跌回稳的向好态势。”上海易居房地产研究院副院长严跃进认为，随着二手房交易的活跃态势延续，且一些核心城市二手房明显走量，预计今年上半年部分城市二手房价格将首次出现反弹，尤其是一线城市。
