内房股集体走低，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)跌5.46%，报1.73港元；新城发展(01030)跌5.15%，报2.21港元；雅居乐集团(03383)跌4.76%，报0.6港元；越秀地产(00123)跌3.41%，报5.66港元。

消息面上，近期多家房企发布盈警，宣布在2024年陷入亏损。据Wind统计，截至3月17日，A股和港股房地产开发企业中，共有90家披露了业绩预告，其中69家宣告亏损，占比高达77%，预损总额保守估计超过3700亿元。3月17日，融创中国公布，预期截至去年12月底止年度，将取得亏损介乎255亿至260亿元，上年同期亏损约79.7亿元。亏损扩大主要是由于受市场下行的影响，公司结转收入大幅减少且同时计提资产减值拨备及或有负债拨备所致。

中信建投证券指出，中央稳楼市决心坚定，政策持续助力房地产市场止跌回稳，1-2月全国商品房销售面积同比下降5.1%，降幅较2024年全年收窄7.8个百分点，高频数据显示3月以来市场延续止跌回稳势头。得益于房企在核心城市、尤其是一线城市保持较高的拿地热情，1-2月房地产开发投资额降幅出现收窄；保交楼持续推进背景下，竣工降幅出现大幅收窄；相对而言，新开工降幅仍较大，情况好转尚待销售与拿地的进一步改善。
