比推消息，迪拜土地局（DLD）宣布启动房地产代币化试点项目，成为中东地区首个利用区块链技术管理房地产产权证明的房地产登记机构。该项目由迪拜土地局联合虚拟资产监管局（VARA）和迪拜未来基金会（DFF）共同开发。迪拜土地局预计，到 2033 年，代币化房地产交易额将达到 600 亿迪拉姆（约合 160 亿美元），占全市房地产交易总量的 7%。
