智通财经APP讯，中油洁能控股(01759)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度(本年度)将取得净亏损，而截至上年度则取得溢利约人民币670万元。本年度预期净亏损范围在人民币1800万元至2000万元区间，较上年度同期的溢利减少约人民币2470万元至2670万元区间;扣除非经常性损益后，本年度预期净亏损范围在人民币500万元至700万元区间。
公告称，本年度业绩变动乃主要基于以下因素：由于受部分于中国的压缩天然气车辆更替为电动车的影响，于本年度集团毛利相对较高的车用压缩天然气业务较上年度有一定程度地下跌进而导致集团的溢利有所下降;及于本年度集团处置物业、厂房及设备产生的损失约人民币850万元，导致集团溢利有所下降。
