欢聚集团发布2024 Q4及全年财报：全年净利润2.985亿美元
信息时报讯（记者潘敬文）北京时间2025年3月20日，欢聚集团发布2024年第四季度及全年财报。
欢聚集团2024年第四季度营收5.494亿美元，全年营收达22.4亿美元。其中BIGO板块第四季度营收4.8亿美元，全年营收19.9亿美元，同比增长3.3%。在非美国通用会计准则下，欢聚集团2024年全年经营利润1.361亿美元，同比增长4.2%；集团净利润2.985亿美元，同比增长2%。
2024年全年，欢聚集团累计投入3.092亿美元用于回购，累计回购ADS股数高达921万，占2023年年底总股本的15.1%。同时，欢聚集团董事会批准新一轮季度股息派发计划。根据该计划，2025至2027年，欢聚将向登记在册的股东派发现金股息，金额为每季度5000万美元（对应每股美国存托股0.93美元），合计现金股息总额度达6亿美元。
欢聚集团董事会同时批准新增3亿美元股票回购计划，有效期截至2027年12月。此外，自2025年3月31日起，欢聚集团在纳斯达克的股票代码将从YY更改为JOYY，正式开启新篇章。
