Odaily星球日报讯 美国证券交易委员会（SEC）专员 Hester Peirce）在 2 月份已就新成立的加密货币工作组应如何处理加密货币问题征求意见，Coinbase 首席政策官 Faryar Shirzad 指出，华盛顿迫切需要就加密货币问题做出澄清，该交易所已向美国证券交易委员会提出了四项建议，其中一项建议旨在澄清“不代表任何企业权利的数字资产不是证券”，而应属于“数字商品”。 Coinbase 还要求美国证券交易委员会承认，国会应该定义“在存在模糊性的情况下对数字资产的适当监管处理”。不过，该交易所在文件中表示，在国会制定立法的过程中，稳定币应该被排除在证券交易委员会的管辖范围之外。 Coinbase 的另外两项主要建议包括要求美国证券交易委员会澄清“数字商品的二级市场交易不是证券交易”，并专注于允许利益相关者将传统证券（如代币化债务）代币化。 （Block）
