智通财经APP讯，赤子城科技(09911)发布公告，公司股份计划的统一目的在于(其中包括)认可参与者对集团业绩的贡献，并通过向他们提供具有竞争力和公平的薪酬待遇以及分享集团的成就来挽留其为集团继续服务，就此本公司董事会谨此宣布，其当前有意在未来两年内不时向为管理公司股份计划而任命的独立专业受托人提供合共不超过2亿港元的资金，以根据公司股份计划从市场按现行市价购买(股份购买)本公司股份(股份)。股份购买将结合公司的实际挽留需要以及激励策略及目标并参考市场情况后可在董事会认为适当的情况下不时作出。董事会将在考虑到股份的市场价格、公司的公众持股情况、购买的股份数量以及满足公司股份计划下将授予的受限制股份奖励所需的股票数量等因素后，对股份购买进行密切及谨慎监督，以便不时调整用于股份购买的资金。受托人将持有根据股份购买所购买的股票，直到其按照公司股份计划的相关规定归属。
董事会认为，于现况下进行股份购买展示出本公司对自身业务展望及前景充满信心，且最终会为本公司带来裨益及为股东创造价值。董事会认为，本公司现有财务资源足以支持股份购买同时维持稳健的财务状况。
