3 月 20 日，据吴说区块链报道，稳定币数字银行 InfiniInfini 团队向 Infini 黑客地址发送了链上消息，附上了法院诉讼文件。诉讼的原告是 BP SG Investment Holding Limited（由 Infini Labs 全资持有）CEO Chou Christian-Long，第一被告为 Chen Shanxuan，常驻广东佛山，另外两至四名被告身份尚未确认。
原告与 BP Singapore 开发了一个用于管理公司及客户资金的智能合约，第一被告主导了合约的编写。合约原本设有多重签名权限以控制资金转出，但第一被告据称保留了“super admin”权限，并对其他团队成员谎称已移除该权限。
2025 年 2 月下旬，原告发现约 4951 万枚 USDC 的加密资产被转出至多个未知钱包，且未经过多签许可。原告担心被告或不明身份者可能进一步转移或洗钱，遂向法院申请禁制令，要求禁止被告转移被盗资产，并要求披露钱包持有人的身份及相关交易信息。
在宣誓书中，原告提到最近得知第一被告有严重赌博习惯，可能因此背负巨额债务，推测这是导致其盗窃资产的原因，并提交了相关消息记录截图。
