智通财经APP获悉，周四，英伟达(NVDA.US)涨逾1%，报119.35美元。消息面上，贝莱德（BlackRock）近日宣布，英伟达和xAI已正式加入由其与微软、阿联酋AI投资企业MGX联合组建的财团，该组织的名称也从“全球AI基础设施投资伙伴关系”更名为“AI基础设施伙伴关系”（AIP）。AIP计划从投资者、资产所有者和公司处筹集300亿美元，预计总投资潜力可达1000亿美元。
英伟达将继续担任AIP的技术顾问，利用其在加速计算和AI工厂领域的专业知识，推动下一代AI数据中心基础设施的部署。贝莱德表示，英伟达和xAI作为全球AI技术的领导者，其加入将进一步加强AIP的承诺，推动开放架构平台的扩展，并建立一个广泛的生态系统，为非排他性合作伙伴提供支持。
英伟达创始人兼首席执行官黄仁勋强调，全球AI基础设施的建设将为全球经济带来增长，并帮助解决全球性挑战。基于英伟达全栈式AI基础架构的AI工厂，将数据转化为智能，推动各行业的快速发展，助力社会实现前所未有的突破。
