智通财经APP获悉，美银证券发布研报称，重申嘉里建设(00683)“买入”评级，目标价由17.3港元上调至20港元。该行指出，嘉里建设去年基础溢利39.73亿港元，全年派息1.35港元，均符合预期。该行预计，较高的发展物业收益将降低集团资产负债表的风险，并支持其稳定的派息政策，下调嘉里建设2025年核心溢利预测1%，惟调升2026年预测4%。
