根据Global Ledger的说法，Garantex正在将其流动性和客户存款转移到Grinex。新交易所似乎使用了相同的基础设施，并被宣传为规避制裁的解决方案。新交易所还引入了由Promsvyazbank的跨境支付平台A7推出的卢布稳定币A7A5。链上数据显示，该交易所已经处理了价值近3000万美元的交易。根据链上数据，在2月8日至3月1日期间，Garantex在Tron上转移了数十亿枚A7A5稳定币到与Grinex相关的新地址。Global Ledger表示：“这些发现表明，Grinex并非一个独立实体，而是Garantex的全面继任者，尽管交易所正式关闭，但其金融业务仍在继续。”
本月早些时候，美国司法部与德国和芬兰当局合作，冻结了与Garantex相关的多个域名。据报道，自2019年推出以来，Garantex处理了超过960亿美元的犯罪所得。Tether也配合冻结了与该平台相关的价值2300万美元的资金。
