Albany International (AIN) said in a regulatory filing Friday that Chief Accounting Officer John J. Tedone will resign, effective March 20.
Chief Financial Officer Robert Starr will assume the role of interim principal accounting officer until a successor is named, the company said.
Tedone is leaving the engineering firm to pursue another opportunity, the company said, adding that his departure is unrelated to disagreements regarding the company's financial statements or accounting practices.
