0901 GMT - Mindful of planned fiscal expansion in Europe, Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management is neutral on eurozone duration. "Given the prospects for increased budget spending in the eurozone, we are neutral on duration and continue to prefer carry strategies," it says in a note. Led by Germany, where the Bundestag is scheduled to vote on a fiscal plan this week, Europe is planned to spend by more on defense expenditures in the coming years. Germany also plans large-scale investment spending. Duration refers to bonds which are sensitive to interest-rate changes. (emese.bartha@wsj.com)
