影响因素如下：(1)公司预期2024年度录得营业额约人民币25.1亿元，同比2023年度的营业额（约人民币25.1亿元）上升0.1%。受市场竞争影响，集团预期2024年度的毛利同比2023年度录得的毛利（约人民币3.17亿元）会有所下降；及(2)公司初部评估2024年度预期信贷亏损模式下的减值亏损（扣除回拨）约人民币1.26亿元，同比2023年度预期信贷亏损模式下的减值亏损（扣除回拨）约人民币1.66亿元大幅减少约人民币0.40亿元。
