路透台北3月17日 - 台湾资产第二大金控--富邦金控2881.TW周一称，旗下富邦华一银行拟收购新加坡第三大银行大华银行UOBH.SI中国的零售业务，预计第三季完成交割，但不透露交易金额及细节，“不排除(在大陆)持续并购。”
富邦金控总经理韩蔚廷今日在投资人说明会并指出，为让富邦华一银行的法金、个金业务成长能够均衡一些，因此继收购花旗中国房贷业务后，再拟收购大华银行的个人零售业务。
“两个资产收购案都没有从台湾增资。”他说。
针对近些年富邦华一银行在中国收购零售业务，他并称，还是要努力让华一富邦银行的法金、个金业务能够更均衡，不排除再持续并购。
新加坡大华银行中国日前公告已与富邦华一银行签署协议，将向其转让大华银行中国的个人业务，范围涵盖个人客户持有的帐户、存款、贷款和相关财富管理产品。
2023年8月底富邦金控指出，旗下富邦华一银行已跟花旗购买中国房贷资产，该房贷余额约115亿人民币，房贷户近一万户，主要就是平衡富邦华一银行法金跟个金业务，让零售比重能够增加。(完)
