综合本港传媒报道，长和(00001.HK) 及长实(01113.HK) 将于本周四举行董事会，批准公司及附属公司去年业绩及发布，及考虑建议派付末期股息。长和及长实表示，不会举行全年业绩记者会以及分析员会议。
