智通财经APP讯，亿都(国际控股)(00259)公布，于2025年3月20日，该公司全资附属香港算丰信息有限公司拟向GLOBAL VAST LIMITED收购算丰智模有限公司100%权益，代价为1港元。
据悉，目标公司主要从事投资控股。于本公布日期，目标公司持有的唯一投资为外商独资企业的全部注册资本，该等资本尚未缴足。外商独资企业主要从事投资控股。
董事会认为，中国投资实体作为AI算力业务的上游公司，提供关键硬件及产品，其业务具有潜力，并认为收购事项乃带来未来资本收入的宝贵机会。此外，作为 AI算力价值链中的主要中介人，该集团期待并愿意与中国投资实体探讨更深入及长期的合作，以创造协同效应，进一步整合集团的能力，并利用AI算力不断发展的市场机遇。有见及此，集团认为，对中国投资实体进行战略投资将巩固其对AI算力业务的承诺。预期收购事项将使集团继续进军快速增长的AI市场，并为集团带来令人满意的回报。
