　　3月17日消息，港股内房股早盘集体拉升，碧桂园、世茂集团、旭辉控股集团涨超5%，融信中国、远洋集团涨超4%，富力地产、中国海外宏洋集团、中国金茂涨超3%。

　　消息面上，3月16日，深圳发布楼市利好政策，大幅提高了住房公积金贷款额度。深圳取消了异地住房公积金贷款的户籍和首套房限制。调整后，异地缴存职工，无论是否具有深圳户籍，只要满足深圳市住房公积金贷款条件，在深购买首套或第二套商品住房时，都可以向深圳市公积金中心申请住房公积金贷款（含商转公贷款）。

　　此外，深圳将住房公积金贷款可贷额度从原本账户余额的14倍提高至16倍，同时不超过最高额度。文件还明确，多子女家庭若使用住房公积金贷款购买第二套商品住房，可适用首套住房公积金贷款政策。
