消息面上，中信建投发研报指，呼和浩特市发布生育刺激政策，涵盖现金补贴和义务教育优惠，奶粉板块直接受益。预计后续各地多城市也会跟进类似生育刺激政策，出生率和消费信心有望跟随回暖。该行指，原奶周期拐点渐近，牧场板块受益明显，叠加生育刺激政策，需求有望回升，乳制品龙头继续结构升级，结合高股息，性价比凸显。
华泰证券研报指，呼和浩特市近日公布育儿补贴项目实施细则及服务流程，提出“从2025年3月1日起，生育一孩一次性发放育儿补贴1万元，生育二孩/三孩及以上分别发放育儿补贴5万/10万元、分5年/10年发放”等积极的生育支持政策。结合国务院政府工作报告中提到的“制定促进生育政策，发放育儿补贴”等，该行认为随着中央及地方促生育政策陆续落地，有望形成合力、提振生育意愿，中长期有望拓宽内需消费上限。
