Warriedar Resources (ASX:WA8) said results from a historical drilling pulp assay program at the Ricciardo deposit, part of the Golden Range project in Western Australia, confirmed wide antimony mineralization, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The results demonstrated that the antimony mineralization at the deposit has "significant" scale potential, the filing said.
A maiden antimony mineral resource estimate for the deposit is on track for the early second quarter of 2025.
The company plans to conduct reassaying of historical pulp samples from other gold deposits at the project to test for additional antimony potential, the filing said. It will also conduct soil sampling and air core drilling to test new antimony targets identified at the Mougooderra shear zone.
Warriedar Resources' shares rose almost 7% in recent trading on Monday.
