New World Resources (ASX:NWC) has appointed Kyle Lindahl as Chief Operating Officer and Warwick Amos as Chief Financial Officer, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Kyle Lindahl is an experienced mining engineer and will lead the Antler copper project development, including project planning and execution, and development, among other responsibilities.
Warwick Amos is an experienced investment banker who will lead New World's corporate development and financing activities, including engagement with potential project development funding partners and growth initiatives.
The company's shares were down 5% in recent Tuesday trade.
