Harrow's preliminary fourth-quarter results came in ahead of Wall Street's estimates. The eye-care pharmaceutical company said after the bell it expects to report a profit of $5 million to $7 million on revenue of $65 million to $67 million in the fourth quarter. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a fourth-quarter loss of $300,000 on sales of $58.4 million. Shares rise 25%, to $29.15, in post-market trading.
Bakkt Holdings rescheduled its fourth-quarter earnings report. The crypto-trading platform will now release its fourth-quarter and full-year 2024 results before Tuesday's bell. It was initially scheduled to release its results after the closing bell on Monday. No reason for the delay was given. Shares fall 29%, to $9.08, in after-hours trading.
Google-parent Alphabet is in advanced talks to acquire cybersecurity startup Wiz for around $30 billion, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Last summer, Alphabet had been close to finalizing a deal for Wiz, but the talks fell apart over concerns about the time it would take for a deal to clear regulatory hurdles, among other issues. Shares are roughly flat after-hours.
