智通财经APP获悉，中国水务(00855)午后涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.1%，报6.31港元，成交额8186.15万港元。
消息面上，3月13日，中国水务获ORIX Corporation增持1863.4万股普通股股份，价值约1.08亿港元。据悉，中国水务第二大股东欧力士近期多次通过旗下欧力士(中国)实业控股有限公司增持中国水务，年内合计增持7247.2万股，持股比例已升至24.19%。此外，2月20日，长城人寿增持中国水务200万股，持股比例增至5.02%，跃升为中国水务第三大股东。
中泰国际发研报指，由于公司优化发展步伐，建设收入呈现下跌，资本开支预期减少。这提供分红比率上调空间。根据公司指引，分红比率将达到至少30%。该行预计FY25-27分红比率分别为30.0%、33.0%、33.0%。考虑到中国经济稳增长的情况，预计分红公用港股的吸引力相对上将提升，公司可获得更高估值。将公司目标价由6.23 港元上调至7.22 港元，对应24.1%上升空间及8.5倍FY26 目标市盈率。维持“买入”评级。
