公司股权持有人应占亏损净额预期增加主要归因于：根据独立估值师进行并最近提供的初步独立估值，公司于2024年财政年度于中华人民共和国主要从事提供互联网医院及实体门诊服务的现金产生单位的商誉减值亏损约2240万令吉特，惟部分被员工成本减少(包括长期服务薪酬及其他员工款项)所抵销。
