Personal Care Products Maker Soft International Passes Hong Kong IPO Hearing

Personal care disposable maker Soft International passed the hearing for its initial public offering on the Hong Kong bourse.

The company is the second-largest exporter of babycare disposable hygienic products to Russia from China, according to a Sunday disclosure to the bourse.

The company will use the proceeds from its planned IPO to purchase machines for the manufacture of additional baby care and feminine care products as well as nonwoven fabrics.

Soft International also plans to use the proceeds to boost branding, marketing and promotion, upgrade its information technology infrastructure, and fund working capital.
