智通财经APP讯，金力永磁(06680)发布公告，有关公司全资子公司金力永磁(宁波)科技有限公司(以下简称“金力宁波科技”)与华润新能源下属润电新能源(浙江)有限公司签订的《分布式光伏发电项目投资运营合同》，双方按照“合同能源管理”模式开展合作，由润电新能源(浙江)有限公司在金力宁波科技提供的屋顶建设“华润新能源宁波金力水磁1.92MW分布式光伏发电项目”(以下简称“宁波光伏电站项目”)，金力宁波科技以享受电费折扣的方式分享能源效益，双方同意按节能效益分享型方式分享由该项目带来的节能收益。
截至本公告日，金力宁波科技装机容量1.92MW的宁波光伏电站项目已竣工并网，项目预计每年发电量约200万千瓦时，可减少碳排放约1200吨/年。
目前公司赣州、包头及宁波工厂光伏电站均已竣工并网，装机容量合计7.72MW。屋顶光伏电站项目符合公司低碳发展的理念，使用绿色电力推动了公司的低碳生产，形成多种能源协同互补、综合利用、集约高效的供能方式，构建绿色、友好、智慧、创新现代能源生态圈，符合公司长期发展战略及全体股东利益。
