【汇添富上海地产租赁住房REIT公众募集提前结束】金十数据3月17日讯，汇添富基金发布公告称，汇添富上海地产租赁住房REIT（基金代码：508055）公众投资者发售部分提前结束募集并进行比例配售。该基金原定的公众投资者募集期限为2025年3月17日至2025年3月18日。由于公众投资者累计有效认购规模超过初始募集规模上限，公司决定于3月17日提前结束募集，对于有效认购申请采用“全程比例配售”原则予以确认，未确认部分的认购款项将在募集期结束后退还给投资者。战略投资者和网下投资者的募集期限保持不变，仍为2025年3月17日至2025年3月18日。根据此前的发售公告，汇添富上海地产租赁住房REIT的认购价格为2.724元/份，合计发售份额5亿份，募资总额为13.62亿元。
