东方甄选回应自营青虾仁争议：不添加保水剂，全流程质检守护品质
凤凰网科技讯 （作者/彭坤苹）3月17日，东方甄选发布《关于自营青虾仁产品的几点说明》，就消费者关注的产品标准、安全品质问题作出回应。据悉，近日数千名消费者致电或留言咨询东方甄选自营青虾仁相关信息，此次说明围绕生产、质检、成分等核心环节展开。
在生产环节，该产品由广东虹宝水产开发股份有限公司、湛江国联水产开发股份有限公司代工。代工厂经东方甄选严格筛选，生产过程不仅严格执行国家规定，符合行业领先标准，更联合权威检测机构组建专业团队，对生产全过程高频盯产、严格质检。
针对消费者关心的保水剂添加问题，东方甄选明确承诺：自营青虾仁配料表仅含虾和水，不添加保水剂。同时，为保障消费者权益，产品净重扣除冰衣重量，确保虾仁足斤足两，杜绝外层包冰额外付费现象。
品质管控方面，东方甄选对青虾仁生产实行全流程、可追溯监督，从原材料拆包到成品出厂，通过多点位、高频次监控记录，保障每一批次品质稳定。成品质检报告符合GB 2733标准，虾源每柜核验报关单及检验检疫证，均达国家标准。数据显示，2024年至今，该产品原料及成品检测累计427次，品控跟产32次；2024年全年，东方甄选自营产品（含青虾仁）质检费用超1000万元。
