金融界3月17日消息，浙江省人民政府办公厅关于印发大力提振和扩大消费专项行动实施方案的通知。其中提到，建立完善省市县联动投入机制，积极争取超长期特别国债、专项债券、中央预算内投资等资金，打造一批跨行业、跨地区、融合型新型消费设施和场景。推动5G网络、物联网等覆盖核心商圈。2025年，累计培育省级智慧商圈20个以上，累计改造提升特色商业街、步行街70条以上。支持符合条件的消费基础设施项目发行不动产投资信托基金（REITs）。
