格隆汇3月17日丨中国铁塔(00788.HK)公布年度业绩，2024年，公司营业收入保持稳定增长，全年实现营业收入人民币977.72亿元，同比增长4.0%；EBITDA实现人民币665.59亿元，同比增长4.7%，EBITDA率为68.1%；归属于公司股东的利润为人民币107.29亿元，同比增长10.0%，净利润率为11.0%，盈利能力持续增强。拟派末期息每股人民币0.30796元(税前)。
公司实现经营活动现金流量净额为人民币494.68亿元，同比增加人民币166.28亿元，资本开支为人民币319.41亿元，自由现金流达到人民币175.27亿元，同比增加人民币164.02亿元。截至2024年12月31日，公司总资产达人民币3,328.34亿元，带息负债为人民币925.42亿元，净债务杠杆率5为31.0%，较去年年底下降0.4个百分点，财务状况保持稳健。
报告期内，运营商业务收入为人民币841.19亿元，同比增长2.4%；其中，塔类业务收入为人民币756.89亿元，同比增长0.9%；室内分布式天线系统(“室分”)业务收入为人民币84.30亿元，同比增长18.1%。智联业务收入为人民币89.11亿元，同比增长22.4%。能源业务收入为人民币44.77亿元，同比增长6.2%
