智通财经APP获悉，内房股全线走高，截至发稿，碧桂园(02007)涨5.77%，报0.55港元；中国海外宏洋集团(00081)涨3.96%，报2.1港元；旭辉控股集团(00884)涨3.7%，报0.28港元；雅居乐集团(03383)涨3.23%，报0.64港元。
消息面上，3月16日，深圳出台公积金新政，提高贷款额度、降低首付比例、强化多子女家庭支持及加大利息补贴力度，进一步优化住房保障。值得一提的是，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《提振消费专项行动方案》，明确提出“推动房地产市场止跌回稳”，并释放“适时降低住房公积金贷款利率”信号。开源证券指出，深圳公积金新政再度释放政府端政策放松信号，叠加2025年前两月销售初步企稳，在更加积极的财政政策、适度宽松的货币政策下，存量收储及城中村改造工作有望加速推进，改善现有住房供求关系，加快止跌回稳进程。
此外，国家统计局3月17日发布数据显示，2025年2月份，从环比看，受春节销售淡季等因素影响，70个大中城市中，各线城市商品住宅销售价格总体稳中略降，其中一线城市新建商品住宅销售价格上涨。从同比看，各线城市商品住宅销售价格降幅均继续收窄。交银国际认为，行业止跌回稳目标明确，低基数下关注后续“小阳春”楼市表现。
