国家统计局新闻发言人、国民经济综合统计司司长付凌晖在国新办发布会上表示，据调查70个大中城市的部分房地产开发企业和中介机构，预期未来半年新建住宅价格保持稳定或者上涨的从业人员比例为70.8%，按月上升2.8个百分点。
付凌晖指出，今年以来，内地房地产市场总体平稳，继续向着止跌回稳的方向迈进。但也看到仍有部分地区房地产市场仍处于调整中。下阶段，要因城施策调减限制性措施，加力实施城中村和危旧房改造，充分释放刚性和改善性住房需求潜力，健全多主体供应、多渠道保障及购租并举的住房制度，加快构建房地产新发展模式，推动房地产市场平稳健康发展。(ta/u)
