【住房消费纳入提振消费方案：适时降低住房公积金贷款利率、进一步降低购房门槛和成本】金十数据3月17日讯，昨日，中办、国办印发《提振消费专项行动方案》，58安居客研究院院长张波指出，从《提振消费专项行动方案》涉及房地产方面来看，总的指导思想和两会保持高度一致，目标都是推动房地产市场止跌回稳。在实施路径上突出五个强调，强调盘库存、稳需求、优税收、降利率，并重点加大公积金政策支持。张波认为，住房公积金本身就是重点用于住房消费，虽然各地公积金政策已不断放松，但依然存在一定的挖潜空间，尤其是一二线热点城市的公积金政策对于市场层面的边际拉动效应会更为明显。
