消息面上，荣昌生物今日宣布，公司自主研发的BLyS/APRIL双靶点融合蛋白创新药泰它西普（RC18，商品名：泰爱®）用于治疗全身型重症肌无力（gMG）Ⅲ期研究结果，作为“最新突破性研究”入选2025年美国神经病学会年会（AAN）重磅口头报告。2025年第77届美国神经病学会（AAN）年会将于2025年4月5-9日在美国圣地亚哥举行。AAN年会是世界上规模最大的神经科学盛会之一。

据悉，重症肌无力(MG)适应症市场潜力较大。以此前全球上市的Argenx个的艾加莫德为例，该药仅凭MG单适应症，上市两年实现12亿美元销售额；阿斯利康也凭借雷夫利珠单抗在其2022年和2023年分别实现19.65亿美元和29.65亿美元销售额。中泰国际此前研报指出，公司主要产品泰它西普与维迪西妥单抗的新适应症上市审批及研发进展顺利，新产品的研发也如期推进。公司预计泰它西普的第三项适应症重症肌无力（MG）与维迪西妥单抗的肝转移晚期乳腺癌适应症2025年有望获批。
