消息面上，据财联社报道，中国房地产业协会近日组织部分民营房企召开座谈会。报道称，有企业建议继续扩大“白名单”范围，让更多符合条件项目拿到贷款；还有房企建议，相关部门可协调指导推广AMC参与房地产风险化解模式，从而缓解房企流动性压力。
平安证券指出，AMC深度参与行业盘活，仍需在政府赋能、管理重塑、引入帮手等方面共同努力。该行认为，当前成功纾困案例在业务模式及操作方法上仍值得借鉴，叠加出险房企境内债/境外债重组方案落地，或有助于行业供给侧改革提速，建议积极关注AMC介入机会和优质资产收并购机遇。
