智通财经APP获悉，大众汽车(VWAGY.US)旗下豪华品牌奥迪周一表示，计划至2029年在德国裁员7500人，主要涉及行政管理和研发等部门。这是德国汽车行业又一计划采取降本举措的公司。
奥迪表示，管理层与工会代表已就相关计划达成一致，预计中期内每年可为公司节省10亿欧元(约合11亿美元)。同时，公司将在未来四年内向德国工厂投资80亿欧元。
此次裁员计划使大众集团整体裁员规模接近4.8万人：大众品牌已启动涉及3.5万人的成本削减计划，保时捷计划裁员3900人，软件部门Cariad则计划裁减约1600个岗位。
自2019年以来，奥迪已削减约9500个生产岗位。公司表示，此举旨在释放数十亿欧元资金，用于支持向电动化转型，并将利润率提升至9%-11%。
然而，近年来奥迪业绩表现不佳。由于主要市场销售疲软以及布鲁塞尔工厂停产带来的成本压力，2024年前九个月，其营业利润率从去年同期的7%骤降至4.5%。公司将于本周二公布2024年全年财报。
为安抚担忧车企将电动车生产转移至低成本国家的德国工会代表，奥迪宣布将在英戈尔施塔特工厂生产一款全新入门级电动车型，并考虑在德国第二工厂内卡苏尔姆生产另一款车型。
奥迪同时宣布，已将其德国工厂的工作保障协议延长至2033年底。
“谈判过程艰难，但始终基于事实并寻求解决方案...我们不得不做出妥协，以换取财务灵活性来进行额外投资，”工会主席Joerg Schlagbauer在一份声明中表示。
