石油行业巨头雪佛龙公司周一在一份监管文件中表示，今年已收购了赫斯公司（Hess Corp）约4.99%的普通股。

　　雪佛龙表示，此次股票收购反映了其对完成赫斯收购交易的持续信心。

　　2023年10月，雪佛龙同意以530亿美元的全股票交易收购赫斯，从而获得圭亚那Stabroek区块的股份。
