Peninsula Energy Appoints Chief Financial Officer, Shares Down 3%

Peninsula Energy (ASX:PEN) has appointed Jitu Bhudia as its Chief Financial Officer, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Bhudia has 25 years of experience with Australian Securities Exchange-listed companies, per the filing.

Interim CFO Willie Bezuidenhout will transition out of his role and begin handing over to Bhudia on March 17, the filing added.

The company's shares dropped 3% in recent Monday trade.
