3月17日金融一线消息,平安银行今日召开2024年度业绩发布会。对于房地产市场情况,平安银行行长助理兼首席风险官吴雷鸣指出,我们预判是整体市场已经止跌回稳,库存正在逐步出清,并且企业的现金流也在逐步改善。目前来看,2024年的新房销售还是有一定的改善,2025年前两个月是平稳的。
然而,吴雷鸣也坦言,主要指标要回正可能还需要一定的时间,这些变化也反映在我行的房地产资产质量上。从整体来看,房地产的风险对我行来说是整体可控,最终的损失是有限的。
对于,他指出,这么多年以来,我行对房地产的管理逻辑基本有效,并且从未改变,仍然是坚持主体、区域项目的平衡,并且我们更加强调项目自查的逻辑。
