监管申报文件显示，巴菲特旗下伯克希尔哈撒韦公司本周一宣布增持日本五大综合商社股份。

　　这标志着这家美国企业集团自近五年前开启对日本顶级大宗商品企业的投资后，再次加码布局。

　　据伯克希尔子公司美国国民保险公司向日本证券监管机构提交的文件显示，其持有的三井物产股份比例从8.09%增至9.82%，在三菱商事、住友商事、伊藤忠商事和丸红的持股比例也均提升数个百分点。

　　此次申报恰逢巴菲特上月发布年度致股东信。信中透露，五大商社已同意“适度放宽”此前将伯克希尔持股比例限制在10%以内的条款。“随着时间的推移，你们可能会看到伯克希尔对这五家公司的持股比例都有所上升。”巴菲特在信中写道。
