2024年，公司继续加强生产经营管控，安全生产形势整体平稳，生产装置安稳长优运行。公司生产装置均实现了2024年度“1个200天或两个100天”的长周期运行目标;海南一期甲醇装置实现514天长周期，华鹤煤化工气化装置实现510天长周期运行，打破自身历史纪录并在同行业处于领先地位;员工死亡事故和环保污染事故事件连续三年为“零”;丙烯腈项目顺利通过质量竣工验收，合格率 100%。得益于此，公司全年生产尿素191.8万吨、磷复肥85.5万吨、甲醇143.8万吨、丙烯腈系列产品23.0万吨。
