智通财经APP讯，安徽皖通高速公路(00995)发布公告，该公司于近期与深圳高速公路集团股份有限公司(下称“深高速”)签署《深圳高速公路集团股份有限公司与安徽皖通高速公路股份有限公司关于深圳高速公路集团股份有限公司向特定对象发行A股股票之认购协议》，确认本次认购深高速向特定对象发行A股股票相关事宜。本次认购价为人民币13.17元/ 股，认购金额为人民币5.03亿元，认购股份数量为3817.92万股，占深高速本次发行后总股本的1.50%。
公告称，本次交易有利于公司进一步聚焦高速公路主责主业扩大有效投资，加强与同行业优秀企业的交流合作，同时有利于提高公司自有资金的使用效率，优化公司投资结构。
