智通财经APP讯，HMVOD视频(08103)发布公告，Grand Harbour Finance Limited(呈请人)的代理律师就本公司的付款义务约610万港元向香港特别行政区高等法院(高等法院)递交日期为2025年3月14日的清盘呈请(呈请书)。有关金额乃本公司与呈请人订立的日期为2022年5月12日的贷款协议及日期为2023年2月2日的贷款延期协议项下的未偿还贷款本金额500万港元及截至2025年2月14日应计的利息(按年利率12%计息)。
于呈请书中，呈请人声称其已透过代理律师于2025年2月20日向本公司送达日期为2025年2月14日的法定要求偿债书，要求支付上述呈请款项。呈请人进一步声称，高等法院应根据香港法例第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例(公司清盘条例)的条文将本公司清盘。
高等法院已将呈请书的首次聆讯日期定于2025年5月21日。
本公司将与呈请人磋商切实可行的和解方案。此外，本公司将在考虑呈请书的状况后，于稍后阶段考虑是否须向高等法院申请认可令，并将寻求法律意见及采取一切必要行动以保障其合法权利。
本公司已向联交所申请本公司股份自2025年3月19日(星期三)上午九时正起恢复买卖。
