PANews 3月18日消息，据CoinDesk引援Blockspace报道，两个比特币改进提案（BIP）：BIP 119和BIP 348正在获得民众支持，这两个提案可能会在比特币的下一次软分叉中实现。BIP 119指的是OP_CHECKTEMPLATEVERIFY (CTV)，而BIP 348指的是OP_CHECKSIGFROMSTACK (CSFS)。
这些BIP提出了编写比特币脚本的新方法，得到了众多开发人员的明确支持，并可以显著改善比特币的自我托管、费用管理以及现有技术，如闪电网络、Ark和基于合约的应用程序。Blockspace写道，这是四年多以来比特币用户首次推动对项目底层软件的改变。
据悉，比特币软分叉的过程需要包括开发者、托管人、投资者和矿工在内的利益相关者的支持，矿工需要表示支持对其开采的区块进行更改。
