智通财经APP讯，中信股份(00267)发布公告，中信出版集团股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)2024年度利润分配预案为：以2024年12月31日的公司总股本1.9亿股为基数，向全体股东每10股派发现金红利3.18元人民币(含税)，以此计算合计拟派发现金红利6046.82万元人民币(含税)，本年度不进行送股及资本公积转增股本。本次利润分配后公司剩余未分配利润滚存至下一年度。
